Dawna Centeno

Dawna Centeno joined the firm as Of Counsel in March of 2014. She has extensive experience serving as outside counsel and general counsel to both private and public entities. She has substantial knowledge of corporate governance and business transactions.  This experience ranges from policy development and implementation to procurement to contract drafting and negotiation to litigation. Mrs. Centeno presently focuses her practice on contract negotiations and legal review.

Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1984, she received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, Austin, Texas and her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law, San Antonio, Texas.
Mrs. Centeno primarily serves as counsel to our corporate clients and as team leader for the firm’s provision of outside legal services to AT&T. She also serves as counsel’s counsel to fellow members of the firm.

Dawna Centeno enjoys travel and her time with her loving husband, dear children and the family dogs.
