Every Day Without Resolution Costs You

You Shouldn't Have to Face This Alone

Without experienced legal guidance, these challenges can spiral into costly litigation, damage your reputation, and pull your focus away from your professional or personal life activities, business operations and the ability to grow your business. 100% client satisfaction

"Our leadership became aware of officer misconduct on the detective level of our police department. The discovery was highly publicized as the officer involved was criminally charged for his conduct. As Chief, along with City leadership, there was a need to know whether this was an individual bad actor or a more systemic issue within the Department. We turned to LM Tatum, PLLC for assistance as our independent investigator.

As the investigation proceeded, Lisa Tatum kept us aware, in real-time, of any issues that required immediate attention to ensure the highest quality performance from our Department. After the investigation was completed, leadership had a comprehensive report to include legal analysis, risk assessment and, equally valuable, recommendations for improvements going forward. The information she and her team provided was invaluable. The Department is still reaping the benefits of this investigation through better and best practices which resulted from what we learned."

About 15 years ago, the Raúl Jiménez Thanksgiving Dinner Fund, Inc. needed guidance on trademark matters, which is how we began working with LM Tatum, PLLC. Since then, Lisa has been our trusted counsel for legal needs as they arise. She listens carefully, explains the law in clear terms, and walks through our options so we fully understand the path forward. With her advocacy, I am able to make informed, confident decisions on behalf of our organization. Lisa is not only an exceptional attorney, she is a steady, responsive partner who understands the realities nonprofits face."

"Lisa and I have been friends for over 50 years, we're more like sisters, really. So when I moved from Texas to the East Coast and my father and I needed help with a real estate transaction back home, I knew exactly who to call. Even from across the country, Lisa made the whole process easy. She took the time to walk us through every step so we understood our options, and she handled everything with the care you'd expect from family. Distance was never an issue. I trust Lisa completely, and my father and I are so grateful for her guidance."
